Web9 is down right now and we’re investigating the issue. We’ll update this post when we have more information.

Update 3.56am: We ran fsck on the server and now it is back online.

[Fixed] Network problems affecting multiple servers

Network problems in the data center are currently causing degraded performance and intermittent outages on multiple servers. We’re looking into the problem and hope to have it resolved soon. We will update this post as the situation develops.

Update (7.46pm CST): the problem is now fixed.

[Done] Scheduled downtime on Mail1, Mamba and Web8

We will be taking down Mail1, Mamba and Web8 on Wednesday October 21st at 10am GMT to add an additional drive to each server.

The downtime should last between a few minutes and one hour.

We’ll update this post once the work is completed.

Update: All 3 servers are now back online with the new drives.

[Fixed] Incoming email delay for some emails

We are experiencing a large email queue on one of our incoming email servers and it is resulting in some delay for some incoming emails.

We are currently working on flushing the queue and we will update this post when the situation is back to normal.

Update 4.30pm GMT: We’re about halfway through the backlog of emails.

Update 9.30pm GMT: All the backlog has now been processed and email delivery is back to normal.

http://statusblog.webfaction.com/scheduled-squirrelmail-down-time is done. If SquirrelMail is inaccessible it is because your DNS cache is stale. That problem will resolve itself by 1:30 PM CDT.
