We51 will be taken offline briefly at 4:00PM UTC on 28 March 2010 to remove a temporary drive that was installed during last week’s drive replacement. Total expected downtime is less than 1 hour. We will update this post with our progress.

We have scheduled a full set of hardware diagnostics to be performed on Web51. The diagnostics will take place on March 16, 8AM – 12PM UTC. During the specified interval, the server may be partially or completely inaccessible.
[March 16, 08:10 AM UTC] Update: The diagnostics have started and the server has been taken offline.
[March 16, 09:50 AM UTC] Update: The diagnostics are over, and the server is back online.
Web51 is currently inaccessible. We are looking into the problem, and we will provide an update as soon as the server is back.
[Mar 14, 15:15 UTC] Update: The server was down due to filesystem errors. A complete filesystem check has been performed, and all reported issues have been corrected. If you encounter any problems with your files hosted on Web51, please contact our support team.
[Mar 15, 12:30 UTC] Update: The filesystem issues on Web51 reappeared. Our System Administrators are currently working to resolve the problems.
[Mar 15, 15:00 UTC] Update: Web51 is fully operational again. Full hardware diagnostics will be scheduled to investigate the underlying cause behind these problems.
The data center will be performing network maintenance on 14 March 2010 between 6AM and 11AM GMT. The maintenance will affect network connectivity to the following machines: web84-web130, mailbox3 and mailbox4.
Although a five-hour maintenance window is scheduled, total downtime is expected to be 30 minutes or less.
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the best power and network connectivity for our customers the following outages will happen this weekend :
web44 – March 15, 2010, between 11:59pm and 4:00am CST
Due to the large volume of machines that will be rebooted in this upgrade we cannot guarantee the specific time within that window ,
it is however a quick process and will take less than 60 minutes per machine.
