Some mail on Mail3 may be delayed due to an unusually high volume of mail in the mail queue. We’re working on resolving the issue.

If you are currently on Mail3 and would like to move to our new mail platform (which is more scalable and does not have this problem) then please open a support ticket and we’ll move you ASAP.

Update (5pm UTC): the mail queue on Mail3 is now back to a normal level. However you may still experience some issues if you are using Mail3 as your SMTP server. We encourage everybody to use as their SMTP server.
