Web208 and Web210 are currently not reachable. There appears to be a network issue with an upstream provider. We are investigating urgently.
Update 2014-01-24 08:07 UTC: The network issue has been resolved and the servers are now accessible again.
Update 2014-01-24 09:01 UTC: The servers are unreachable again. We are working with our upstream provider to restore connectivity.
Update 2014-01-24 09:12 UTC: Connectivity to both servers has been restored. Our upstream provider discovered a problem with the network switch.
An emergency maintenance has been scheduled to take place at 18:00 UTC. The network engineers at the data center will be replacing the faulty switch.
2014-01-25 1838 UTC The data center has confirmed the network switch was replaced and the machines are back online.
Mail9 will be taken down for a RAID firmware upgrade Friday January 24th 2014 between 10:00 UTC and 13:00 UTC. We will update this post as maintenance progresses.
2014-01-24 12:06 While upgrading RAID Firmware we detected a failing HDD. We’re now proceeding with a replacement.

Web331 is experiencing a DDOS at this moment, which affects its network connectivity. Our datacenter engineers enabled DDOS protection for the server, which has improved the situation but packet loss and other network problems are still to be expected.
We are working with our datacenter on resolving the problem and we will update this post as soon as we have more information on the subject.

Due to performance issues on Web327 we are going to migrate it to faster hardware on February 3rd between 1am and 5am UTC.
The server’s main IP will change from 85.17.25.80 to 37.58.75.248

If you’re using non-WebFaction DNS servers for some of your domains then you will have to update their A records yourself. We will leave a proxy running on the old server for 5 days to redirect all HTTP and HTTPS traffic to the new server.

The server’s main IP will change from 108.59.9.163 to 184.172.15.229. The open ports IP address will change from 108.59.13.234 to 75.126.146.98.

We are experiencing problems with MySQL on web235 at the moment, so MySQL is not accessible. We are working urgently to bring it back online.
