There are intermittent issues with one of our customer mailbox servers (mailbox 13). Affected customers are not able to access their email via POP, IMAP, or Webmail at this time.

We’re working to restore service and will update this post when we have more information.

2015-01-07 13:55 UTC: The issue is still under investigation.

2015-01-07 14:50 UTC: We identified an error on the monitoring system that was preventing the IMAP service from starting. The issue has been resolved and now the server is fully operational.
