The server is currently inaccessible due to high traffic to the machine. We are investigating the issue.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with some of the servers in Singapore. The servers for which we received an alert are: Web321, Web322, Web323, Web339, Web340, Web360, Web361, Web362, Web375, Web379, Web390, Web409, Web422, Web423, Web424, Web429, Web438, Web442, Web463, Web474, Web486, Web490, Web505, Web508, Web517. Web390 and Web490 just came back online. We are investigating the issue and will update this post when we have more information.

At this time, smtp.webfaction.com has been listed on the Proofpoint blacklist. This is affecting mail delivery to @icloud.com addresses and other domains that are protected by Proofpoint.
Getting the server de-listed is our top priority, and we are presently working with Proofpoint to identify the specific reasons for the listing. Once that’s done, we’ll work to resolve those reasons and get the server removed from the list.
