2017-07-27 21:16 UTC: Microsoft is currently blocking and/or throttling mail sent via our SMTP to hotmail.com, outlook.com, msn.com, and other email domains hosted by Microsoft. We’re working with Microsoft to resolve this issue and will update this post when more information is available.

2017-07-12 00:33 UTC: Web550 is back online at this time. The problem appears to have been an DDoS attack targeting Web550. The attack has subsided. We’ll continue to monitor.
2017-07-12 15:32 UTC: Web550 was rebooted 90 minutes ago to attempt to resolve an issue with IPv6 connectivity. The server is back online, but IPv6 connectivity is down.
The server is currently not responding. We are looking into the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
2017-07-07 21:20 UTC: Investigations so far have found a hardware issue with the raid controller. We are continuing to investigate.
