[Done] Service-wide reboots between March 27-29, 2020

We will be rebooting all customer servers between March the 27th to March the 29th, 2020 to apply important security updates. The reboots will happen at these times:

Singapore: Friday, March 27 between 12:00 and 16:00 UTC

UK: From Friday, March 27th 22:00 to Saturday, March the 28th 02:00 UTC

USA: From Saturday, March 28 22:00 to Sunday, March 29 02:00 UTC

Connectivity to the servers will be interrupted for up to one hour during the maintenance window, although we only anticipate 5-10 minutes per machine.

about this maintenance, open a support ticket and we will be happy to help.

2020-03-29 00:46 UTC: USA reboots are complete.


[Fixed] Server connectivity issues in London

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues in London affecting shared, cloud, mailbox, mail and support servers.

Our network team is working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Web561 will be taken down to replace a failed RAID card battery Saturday, March 14, 2020 between 08:00 UTC and 09:00 UTC. The expected downtime should be 15 minutes or less.

2020-03-14 20:35 UTC: The maintenance window is starting now later than planned.

2020-03-14 20:48 UTC: Web561 is back online after the battery replacement.
