Web385 experienced a kernel panic a short while ago. We have rebooted the server but it is showing filesystem errors so we are taking the server down to run a fsck. We will update this post as maintenance progresses.

web40 is currently down. We are investigating the issue.
2012-12-03 22:57 UTC: The server is now back online and functioning normally.
We’ve experienced MySQL issues on Web200 earlier, which were affecting database server stability.
The database is back online and responding to requests but we discovered some of the MySQL databases had been corrupted and we are currently working on restoring them from our latest backups.
2012-03-07 20:16 UTC: The majority of MySQL databases have been restored. Remaining issues for a few customers are being addressed via support tickets.
Web175 is currently down. The issue is being investigated.

Update: normal operation has been restored.
The main Apache server for web51 is currently down, which is preventing all HTTP traffic to the server. We are looking into this and will update this post as more information is uncovered.
The server is now back online and all apps should be running, if you are still having troubles please open a support ticket.
