Web195 is down due to a read-only filesystem and we will be starting fsck on it shortly.

We will update this post with the status periodically.

[Wed Jul  4 10:09:15 UTC 2012] There was a slight problem with getting the server into rescue mode but fsck is running and is at 10% now.

[Wed Jul  4 10:34:02 UTC 2012] The FSCK is at 50% now.

[Wed Jul  4 11:33:23 UTC 2012] The FSCK is over and we are rebooting the server now.

[Wed Jul  4 11:43:05 UTC 2012] The server is back and OK now.
